Salad Bar – Warm Pasta Salad

8 oz dried faralle or other pasta shapes
6 pieces of sun-dried tomato in oil, drained and chopped
4 scallions, chopped
1 1/4 cup arugula, shredded
1/2 cucumber, seeded and diced
salt and pepper

Dressing

4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 tsp Dijon
salt and pepper
4 fresh basil leaves, finely shredded
